The National Exchange Club Foundation was established in 1979 to help advance the National Exchange Club's Program of Service, and its national project, the prevention of child abuse. The NEC Foundation, through its network of more than 100 child abuse prevention centers (including sites and affiliated programs), has helped more than 1.6 million children and 656,689 families break the cycle of child abuse.
