I haven't been
able to obtain any information about the speakers for
December 12th and 19th. If I ever do, I will come back
into the newsletter and update it so that you have a place
to check to see who is speaking that week
I'd like to
add my own recommendation to come hear Kathy from Riordan
Mansion State Park. I've heard her many times and she
is an excellent speaker. As a history major and
teacher at CCC, in addition to her work at the State Park,
she knows her stuff and presents it in a fun and interesting
way.
Service Project
Most of us who
travel collect the little bottles of shampoo, lotion, and
packages of soap from the hotel rooms where we visit.
Once we're home, they're frequently tossed into a drawer and
forgotten. The Exchange Club is collecting these and
will be donating them to service agencies who can use them
for their clients. Bring yours to any Exchange Club
meeting where Cheryl will be collecting them.
